Effective 10/28/2003 Shipping Policy
Your order will be shipped within 3 working days. We make
every effort to get you the items we list from multiple sources. Unfortunately
sometime there are shortages. In the event there is a back-ordered item, we may
opt to cancel the order if we can not accurately determine a restock date. You
will be notified within 48 hours if there is a stock problem.
Return Policy
Only Brand new items in pristine condition
are shipped to you. In the event the product you received is not up
to these quality standards we will make every effort to get you one
that is, provided you contact us within 3 days of the receipt of the
item and it is in it's original condition.
All returns must be prearranged and the package
must have a return authorization number clearly on the front of the package. We
will refuse any customer mailed returns without RA numbers.
Loss or Damage Policy
All shipments are insured. All claims for damage
must be filed within 10 days of receipt of the order. You must inspect your
shipment right away and let us know if there is a problem.
We have no control over the transport companies and
things do get lost. The process can take a month or more to determine that it is
actually lost and not just sitting out of the way in a terminal somewhere. In
the event of a loss everything humanly possible will be done to speed up the
process to resolution, but it is not a quick process.
